I'd not heard of that
but the hexagons reminded me of short-lived, LP-shaped board game Kensington, which my dad used to keep sandwiched in his record collection.

I once dreamt up a hexagonal game idea linking coloured lines together. Spent a whole weekend drawing the tiles and cutting them out before a friend pointed out that EXACTLY the same game already existed.
