If you refer to your delivery note, you will see that the Cartwright's Real Sheep Lawnmower you received was a substitute item. If you did not wish to accept this substitute, then you should have informed our delivery driver upon receipt of your order. Our records show that you did not decline this substitute when your order was delivered at 04:07am on the 14/07/15, therefore your account has been debited accordingly. If you are unhappy with this, then please don't hesitate to contact us - once you have finished helping the Operation Yewtree officers with their investigations.

Thankyou for© your reply.I am currently experiencing an infestation© of me-impersonators and the person who signed for my delivery was unfortunately not me. I have not received my suit. The order was for one Bernard Manning suit and not the Jimmy Savile version which you specify. Can you please advise©?
