# Master of TOAP


A badge of dishonour, claimed or awarded,
for putting Text On A Picture.

Founding Membership in the guild is open to all
sentient creatures capable of crude textual
communication in a visual medium. And, of course,
the ability to, notice and post a, reply
[with new or pea if you wish] before this post's
archival date. Write-in founding memberships may
be made at this time.
Ex. and my write-in if he's not lurking about: Leningrad

Thereafter:
Award Membership may be given out, to create new
members, by any Founding Members claimed on this
post. Via; gaz, reply, or shouting across the pub table.

Members are encouraged to have a link to this
post when displaying or awarding a LOLWTFBBQETC badge.

Not all TOAPs are bad. On a few occasions, very good and funny work has been shot down because it was essentially TOAP.

People should TOAP responsibly
