But I hated that stage of my life and I never wish to be reminded of it again.

# Nope, but
I need to check Zoo to see if they actually printed two of my pictures despite me telling them to pay me or go away.
(, Tue 11 Dec 2007, 19:21, archived)
# well done for telling them :)
The Times printed a recent FP of mine a week or so ago. A few swift emails later, and they have agreed a fee for printing it without prior permission.
NUTS have today printed the same image, and the same invoice will be going to them.

# this is wonderful :)

(, Tue 11 Dec 2007, 19:30, archived)
# Yeah
I used Jahled's .pdf as a reference, he mentioned that you'd found it useful as well. Nice one on getting the Times to pay out.
(, Tue 11 Dec 2007, 19:27, archived)
# I have a reasonably 'standard' email now to address things like this
Jahled's .pdf is very useful indeed.

With some of the 'pi-izes' issued to me from ZOO they always ask now, and always get the same 'pay or else' email every time with a few words changed.
The Sun and the Times agreed to pay up quickly.

Now its the turn of NUTS.

/It's amazing how much a 15-30min. photoshop can be worth y'know

# Aww come on
Spill the beans! Image link and price :P
(, Tue 11 Dec 2007, 19:31, archived)
# price is pretty standard across the board.
If the publication prints an image without asking first, it's a straight fee, there's little room for negotiation.
