I have stopped now
Havnt had any withdrawl pangs or anything. Perfectly happy with it.. Nicotine replacment didnt help, the book tells you not to.. and just stopping didnt help either, because i felt i was missing out on somthing.
But once the book told me to have my last cig, I smoked it, and feel like a non-smoker now.. rather than an ex-smoker whos jealous of smokers, and gets all upity with them ;)

Quitting smoking is really easy
as long as you want to quit.
If you're doing it because you know you should but don't want to really then you're fucked.

Yes it smells
not necessarily of vikings per se, but of the things you go past - like a man having a shit.

I suppose shit smells pretty much the same
throughout the ages. Scandinavians eat a lot of fish, though. Were there any sharp, fishy notes in the odour?
