i have come up with a way to make football less shit
multiball bonus:
periods during which there are 10 balls on the pitch. the multiball bonus ends once there is only one ball left (if a ball goes 'out' or is scored, it becomes dead)

if you score within two minutes of your own previous goal, the second is worth 2 points. if you score within 1 minute of being scored against, you get 4 points.
