# You probably shouldn't specify that feature
on the package. It might deter those who'd planned to buy several pairs for various occasions. :)

# Hahahaha!
While reading the article, I was actually prepared to say, "Well, I suppose I understand the firing, since they're social workers and all..."

But then I saw the offending image, and all was forgiven. Hilarious.

# I can't find in the article,
the bit where it says the Daily Mail disapproved of the image or the bit where the Mail reported the employees to their bosses or the part where the daily Mail asked for them to be sacked or sacked them. I can only find a factual report of what happened, am I missing something?

# No silly, I hadn't missed the fact
that this is B3ta, I just regret the number of times I see sloppy attacks on various sections of our society on here dressed up as humour, including the concept of this particular challenge. Within the constraints of the challenge you actually performed above average, well done.

# How can they publish the image on a public website that may be seen by THE VERY CHILDREN THEY ARE TRYING TO PROTECT!!!!!????????????
The Daily Mail that is.
(, Mon 24 Nov 2008, 21:39, archived)
# They are 'forwarding' the image to everyone, not just internally by e-mail.
What the flipping krankie are we to make of this? Has it really gotten to this stage?

# Unbelieveable story. It must be some sort of joke, surely.
They must be pissing themselves at the DM.

I have written in:

"Oh great, thanks Daily Mail! I was just reading this appalling news story, and then at the bottom of the page is the very sick image that got these people sacked.

Thanks a lot. I'll be the next one looking for work now."

# I had a brief look at the comments on the DM page
to confirm it's reality. Oh my.

# What a bloody load of nonsense.
Wasn't the image done be a b3tard? I think he should write into the Daily Mail and complain that he's now suffering for depression due to the extreme guilt of being the cause for people losing their jobs, and he's now seeking compensation from the council involved.

Make it happen!
