What is this sudden fashion for scrambling the egg before wrapping it in pork and breadcrumbs!?
It's a travesty!

Fine. *unzips*
I suppose I could do a scotch fillet with a whisky cream sauce. Or perhaps a barbecued marinated t-bone. SEE I CAN BE CUSTOMISED TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS.

at least ours won't make me foam at the mouth.

The lack of good beef in the UK is more down to the decline of the traditional (non-halal) butcher IMO
Morrisons is one of the better supermarkets for meat (I wouldn't touch Tesco or Asda meat with yours). But I've got a proper trek ahead of me for proper meat.
But when you get it... sweet Jesus, there really isn't anything better

meh - I think so - you still get shit meat but we've stopped feeding cattle on spine
... most of it is considerably good though. Certainly, as far as I can see, the primary reason the BSE ban lasted so long was because it benefited the French exporters.
Also - I think we have a very high proportion of predominantly grass fed live stock, which is the best way - we haven't really taken to high density feed lots as much as other places because we don't have a surplus of corn on the cob...
