So they can see tiny creatures such as mice from the sky to hunt...
But not a massive lorry driving towards them?

Maybe never been by a road before?
I dunno. I'm sure they could have found a quieter spot though

Perhaps eyesight adapted to spotting tiny prey animals is less well adapted to detecting bignormous trucks travelling at 90 kph?

It was a logical choice for it
why go so far you can't also pat your car?

My Danish is a little rusty but here goes.
"Oh no"
"Bugger it"
"What will be, will be"
"I am going to take it home and let my boys eat it"
"Good idea. Let's get out of here"
"There are no words"
"And on that bombshell..."
This is basically an unofficial Danish version of Top Gear. On the full version of the clip, it is revealed that the truck is being driven by the James May character.

I can't be the only person who doesn't find this even slightly funny.
Where can I click "I don't like this at all" ?

Completely agreed.
It's sad that death is fodder for a cheap laugh.
But on the other hand, fuck it - it's only a bird.

There is a very similar video
where a motorbike is fitted out with LIDAR and the helmet tells the driver where a car is, to prevent getting run over. The motorcyclist pulls out and is immediately hit by a car.
I suspect this and that video are both from a very dark Danish version of The Fast Show.

I guess my long term language memory is shite
I actually thought it was Dutch, but my point is really, these two clips could quite happily slip into a Blue Jam / Eurotrash type show. I am going to pitch this idea to the European BBC whatever that is.

Also, fake as shit
There's a transition at 1:16 (keep an eye on the white road marking at the bottom left and you'll see it jump slightly)

You can tell that without looking at the pixels
Closing with a road safety message somewhat gives it away as fakety-fake-fake.
