Just got my self apraisal form from work.
It says on it to answer honestly so your manager can help appraise you.

First question on it is.
"What is it that you do?"
Shouldn't my msnager know?
I mean there are only 5 of us and he sits opposite me.

I have a strange image in my head now
of you beavering away at something, with your boss sitting on a chair in the middle of the room just a few feet away from you, leaning forward, chin in hands, staring intently at you with a puzzled look on his face all day, every day.
