Very much so. Perhaps not a denial of service attack (though that's a thought if they're an online retailer), but certainly a few snotty e-mails to their customer service e-mail (or cuntybollocks' if we were to be given it) pointing out that we will not be buying from his shop and will be advising our friends and acquaintances to do likewise.
