Were you broke in the meantime?I mean for the 'compensation for inconvenience caused' bit.
I hate the 'c' word, and I hate the 'i' word even more. It's probably to do with working for Sky and people think that them being on the shitter when the installer comes is inconvenience for them when we had to change the install date.

Yes I was brokeI was about 2 weeks away from being paid and needed the 100 quid for a gig in Manchester, ended up having to use my boyfriends Credit Card to pay for it so yes you could say I was inconvenienced
