This is a question Bizarre habits

Sandettie Light Vessel Automatic tells us: "Until I pointed it out, my other half use to hang out the washing making sure that both pegs were the same colour. Now she goes out of her way to make sure they never match." Tell us about bizarre rituals, habits and OCD-like behaviour.

When I'm a passenger ...
or on the bus or the train I'll take any small spec on the window or windscreen and line it up on people's heads etc and use it like the crosshairs in a gunsight and pretend I'm mowing people down. I've done it for as long as I can remember and I'm in my northern 40s now.

I'll definitely be doing this now

I thought I was the only one
I take it a step further by imagining the bigger specs are a crosshair for an RPG. I travel a lot more on trains but this weirdness is best carried on buses....more targets mwhhahaah!!

Phew
Its not just me then. I also pretent that Im a skateboarder on the roofs of the houses doing tricks from one roof to the next.

and me
though I try for selected precision headshots rather than wholesale massacres. I'm not some sort of nutter.

You're me, you are.
Or I'm you.

I've been doing this since I was 8. I'm almost 50.

Score 3 points for a headshot. Extra point for a) open mouth from dead ahead, or b) into an eye [*] from a range in excess of 30 feet.

One 2004 journey through downtown San Francisco netted me 257 points, a never-matched score.

This is why they never give new immigrants a firearms license. I've been here 20 years, and now live in a "must issue" state (where if you apply for a permit to carry a concealed weapon, unless you're a felon, they have to give you the permit.) I think I'm safe...

[*] Either eye. I'm not weird.

Phew
I am more normal than I thought then (or more people are as strange as me).

Been doing as long as I can remember being alive but never told anyone in case they thought I was a psycho!!

Oh, haven't you heard?
Because I thought everyone had heard that the bird is the word...
BBB-BIRD BIRD BIRD SAID THE BIRD IS THE WORD!
