Haha, this joke has probably been hilarious since the word 'nice' entered the English vocabulary in the 1300s
Although back then it would have meant 'ignorant'.

To be fair, jokes are only old if you've heard/remembered them from before.
It's why rob's weird insistence on not plagiarising old jokes was so jarring, given how much prominence he gives to... old jokes that everyone's heard before, like most of the ones he newsletters (repeatedly). Meanwhile, banning a bunch of contributors for posting new jokes. Sure, they might not have been very good, but isn't that the fucking question?

Also: I liked your joke, and I don't remember hearing it before. That's probably just because I'm old, though.
