They are all software engineers for a gaming company.
I was on a course with their HR lady just before Christmas a few years ago and she asked me how many women worked at our place. I told her we had mostly men and asked why she wanted to know. She said she was looking for a company who employed lots of women so they could organise a joint Christmas do, with the intention of finding them some girlfriends. I was quietly impressed at this pro-active HR policy.

Although there is at least one woman. She has the standard coat and ponytail but a marginally less full chinbeard.
