That fading fear of fallingWhen I was younger, I used to be afraid of falling, but now I welcome the chance. I took up bungee jumping for the thrill and welcome opportunities to clamber onto the roof. I watch videos of wing-suited daredevils with envy. I think I'm getting ready for old age, when I'll fall all the time.
