I'm sure he meant me, DG.To be honest, it's a classic - my job here is secure, good pension, good chance the office will be moving to be 10 minutes walk away - safe and comfortable and stagnating.
London job is way more cash, new and interesting, lots to see and do, make new friends, etc etc.
New and exciting or tried and tested???

Well in my case I'd take the new and exciting.Because, frankly, I don't have any other option. But job security is a massive draw.
