That's actually something I do do on here and in that there real world. My housemates think it's hilarious/beyond annoying, I don't even know I'm doing it :(

It really is annoying.
Mr b3th does it all the time. It's like he can't have a thought without expressing it.
I also have a friend with a prepubescent son who does it. He's dreading the monologue that's going to accompany the difficult teenage years.
