So you could just refuse to pay anything until the mother contacts the CSA

I've thought about this but discounted the idea for that reason.
I'd only stop paying if I needed to use the money for legal fees.

i wonder if there is something in this
certainly in telling your ex that you won't be paying another penny until you get access. and that you'll happily tell the CSA the same thing.
however, the cash will be set aside for mini-boyce and will accrue each week.

Stick it in a jar and if you don't need it for legal fees use it to buy her a fucking massive horse and then send her to her mothers with it
