I've seen a lot of W/H conversions like that.
Not bad at first glance high end finish, better to find local town houses in the same area.

It's a very good development indeed.
I'd go as far as to say that it's the best development in West Yorks BUT you're always going to face problems in unvented wet rooms.

The venting system is adequate but it's never going to overcome fungal growth.

Trouble being they put high end touches on, but still don't use the proper curing agents and such.
Area's like that need tanking properly, at the best they Probs. only have a battened air gap over plaster board, easy to fix but need's to be ripped out completly and starting from scratch.
