You know what else is quick and easy?
Apart from you of course. And your mum when she was still around.
Okay, there are a lot of things that are quick and easy, but in the context of this, you know what else is quick and easy?
Just not being a fucking spaz with food. Obviously if you're eating chips and burgers and pizza every night then you're consuming too much food, but if you're hungry at lunchtime and you want a sandwich, basing your decision on which one has 500 or 600 calories is fucking stupid.
Just eat the one you like best, or if you are trying to lose some weight, eat a smaller sandwich and do some exercise.

any woman who is quick is faking it.
agreed. but some people won't do this. they don't just have a 600 cal sandwich. they also add crisps and drinks and then an afternoon chocolate bar. whereas keeping a mental tot-up of calories can help.
i think it's a tool, but not a solution.
