I've heard that in Scotland you can get a deep fried pizza. I mean...what's the point? Isn't that just taking two things and ruining them both?

when i was in Chamany working in one of the resort kitchens,
They had these huge double fryers. One morning before they were due to be cleaned we battered and fried almost everything we could find. Didn't really improve any food to be fair.

never really done corned beef hash.
Um, red onion is always a good counterpoint to beef if you fry it, the sweetness really brings out the meat, or spring onion. It's a simple dish, I wouldn't do much to it, it'll be too busy.
