I also did this in my previous employment, also a bit of a spazzo, he was pretty much the reasoning for the company going down the pan.(

He was a good guy, great at certain things but he regularly put his foot in itone of my biggest fears was him speaking to any of my customers when ever I was off

No, I got a 'we have to shut down' one Friday morning, 'you'll get redundancy pay in a few weeks' - court case and 8 months later a couple of grand off the government after ten years. Great stuff.(
