I gave up and relapsed several times, been smoke free for a couple of years now.
I found the hardest thing to break was the activities; the first of the day, the two on the walk to the station, the lunchtime one.

The actual addiction bit isn't overly difficult to break, it's reprogramming of behaviour which is the pisser.

I hate agreeing with you
But it's the early morning kettle on, quick smoke while it boils that is the root of my habit.

Yeah, I agree.
being full of cold at the moment a tab is the last thing I want, so silver linings and all that.

Trouble is, I don't know if I WANT to stop
I'm not a heavy smoker (40 a week or so) and it seems to punctuate my hours.

I need that early morning one
I've been full of snot, hawking up shite and still always needed the waking up tab.
