Evening prick thread.
We've had "old Skool" hits on all day. This now means songs from the late 90's/Early 00's, which makes me feel well old.
Highlights include Beats International - Dub Be Good To Me and JX - Son Of A Gun
Which old skool hits do you like?

alt. evening plans?
Im cooking a curry (again) and picking a new series to watch on netflix.
Dexter finale was very disappointing

Lovely.

I gave up and relapsed several times, been smoke free for a couple of years now.
I found the hardest thing to break was the activities; the first of the day, the two on the walk to the station, the lunchtime one.

The actual addiction bit isn't overly difficult to break, it's reprogramming of behaviour which is the pisser.
