She is such a dull bitch. Mind you so is he.

Thing is, she's not a bitch.
She's just unbearably dull.

Even her face is annoyingly dull.

They're a perfect couple - she's the very living embodiment of his music.

Who else thinks he should have sung para-para-paralysed at the Paralympic games?

I'm afraid I don't know what you're on about.
Other than that song about Yellow (beige, anyone?), I'm not notably familiar with their work - only the general idea. Which is awful - the soundtrack of middle class conformity.

...says the middle class conformist

(, Thu 27 Mar 2014, 12:38, Reply)
Erm, excuse me, but would a middle class conformist have the riff from Hells Bells as their ringtone?

(, Thu 27 Mar 2014, 12:39, Reply)
Yes. Yes they would.
As a working class man, my ringtone is Skydiving by Darren Styles.

He's an excellent musician, you must know his work.

Was he the nonce one?

(, Thu 27 Mar 2014, 12:41, Reply)
no, that was Genesis P Orridge

What's wrong with just having your phone sound like a phone?

(, Thu 27 Mar 2014, 12:49, Reply)
Nothing.
Just as there's nothing wrong with doing a 9-5 office job unquestioningly, watching East Enders in the evening, having a couple of kids, and retiring at 65 to a nice little cottage.

Different strokes and folks, innit. Everyone conforms to cliches - it's fun to judge other people for doing so to cliches that aren't to your taste.

only a desperate tryhard would have an 'ironic' ringtone
Such is Vagabond's stereotypical middle class pretension that he just HAS to be a bit zany in everything he does. He's just emvee with slightly better dress sense but horrifically poorer taste in music.

Oh I can't play at this level of street.
I'm waay too middle clarse.
(, Thu 27 Mar 2014, 13:04, Reply)
To be fair, Hugh Laurie from House had 'Umbop', and you copy his other schtick.
Klaxon on the opiate thing.
