only dozer knows anything about anything. haven't you noticed how many times he posts that other people don't know their stuff? the ombudsman. his colleagues. solicitors. adjudicators. amazing that the world manages to keep turning without everyone asking him for advice, really.

in the case I'm dealing with, the FOS adjudicator clearly doesn't understand portfolio construction.
And the last solicitors I dealt with left themselves wide open to a limitation defence.
