They feel the need to somehow justify the two grand a term they are charging him
He reciprocates by concluding that it is money well spent when they tell him she's doing well.

Doesn't cost that much. They're Ofsted inspected so they have to be able to back up what they say.

£2k a term is fine if you can afford it, it's central london and you know they are somewhere safe and comfortable
but you can go too far with the garbage. teaching a 2 year old confidence? pfffft. the truth is, "our rent and staff cost a fortune and we're here to make a profit, but your kid will be in good hands".
(, Thu 3 Apr 2014, 17:56, Reply)
It's not so much that they are teaching confidence, they're observing things like that, they are teaching other things though, such as the alphabet, that sharing things with other kids is important etc.

(, Thu 3 Apr 2014, 17:59, Reply)
all nurseries do that, and in fact only cunt parents don't do that
you're paying for the name and the location. which is fine, christ i'd do exactly the same if i had a kid, but they really shouldn't peddle it as something it's not.
(, Thu 3 Apr 2014, 18:03, Reply)
The state ones around here are fucking abysmal.

(, Thu 3 Apr 2014, 18:05, Reply)
your ex needs a stint without daddy or her ex's money
that would soon sort her out in terms of being a bit more pleasant
(, Thu 3 Apr 2014, 18:05, Reply)
Even a lobotomy wouldn't sort the spoilt miserable cunt out.

(, Thu 3 Apr 2014, 18:08, Reply)
she'd be taking micro to the state nursery (which she herself hasn't paid any taxes towards)
she needs a dose of reality
(, Thu 3 Apr 2014, 18:09, Reply)
She has paid tax, quite a lot when she worked for Saatchi and Saatchi.

(, Thu 3 Apr 2014, 18:10, Reply)
meh, that probably just about covered her hospital bills and dr's bills for being pregnant

(, Thu 3 Apr 2014, 18:15, Reply)
We went private for most of that.

they'll be fluent in spelling five syllable words before the age of 3. according to the brochure.

Her chess isn't quite as good as I'd like it to be, but her Mandarin writing is coming on very well and she's better than Tarquin and Atticus at applied physics.

Oxford is very middle class apart from a couple of very dodgy housing estates IIRC.
