he got the spicy piccante mix, some pistacchios, a "track and field" mix, and some sweet banana chips with a toffee dipping saucei have these. fuck me, the hot and spicy one is seriously hot and spicy. *rushes off to drink milk*

it's about £3.50 a weekso £0.88 a snack box, as there's 4 in a pack. i don't honestly think that is overpriced.
unless he's a greedy cunt and eats all 4 in a day, of course.

i am sure you could do it yourself more cheaplybut this has a really good variety of more than 100 different choices - everything from fruit/vegetables to bruschetta and dips to nuts and seeds to brownies and flapjacks and mini puddings and chocolate drops - all in a calorie controlled size. i don't think you could do that level of variety that cheaply.
