Fry off 2x chicken thighs boned and cut in half in a seasoning/curry paste of your choice.

Chuck a tin of cocnut milk in a casserole dish
Chuck a tins worth of chicken stock in there
Chuck a tins worth of rice in there
Chuck a tins worth of peas in there

Cook at 200 for an hour.

How many chilli's do you get from a plant?
An old housemate did them and he probably on got about one meals worth. Didn't seem worth it to me.
