I once made a wicked dish, that was basicly
- baked beans
- scrambled eggs
- saussages and bacon
- pasta

all mixed up.

It worked really well.

Would probably work pretty well without the pasta
If you wanted some carbohydrate I can recommend toast as a good accompaniment.
