This is a question Rubbish Towns

I once went to Basildon. It was closed, I got chased by a bunch of knuckle-dragged yobs until I was lost in a maze of concrete alleyways and got food poisoning off pie. Tell us about the awful places you've visited or have your home.

Thanks to SpankyHanky for the suggestion

Hull
Can't believe it's only had one passing mention so far.

Has it improved in the last 8 years or so?

My cousins live in Hull
It's not all that bad, the town centre is actually pretty good and there's stuff to keep any teen/early 20 year old entertained

The River
From what I saw of Hull a few years back it looked okay, I left before sunset though which is when the Police come out with their cameras to take pictures of the local skallies (from what I keep seeing on "DAVE")....it does have "The DEEP" though, I enjoyed that.

I've just moved from there
I'm going to miss it, it's so more laid back then city living. I don't see it as a city, more like a big town, the centre has been cleaned up loads. Plus it has the adelphi and a few great pubs to go to.
