A mate was being sick between his legs by 10.30PM friday, in an ambulance on a spinal board to hospital by 2.00AM - back by 8.00AM drinking again.

Nah, his back went but doubled over and once he was in his sleeping back, so quite amusing his screams when the first aiders tried to fold him flat (whilst naked).
