# 29th November 2005

Today for my lunch I am eating, two cheese and pickle sandwiches, a tub
of homemade pheasant soup, two bags of cheese and onion McCoys and several
cups of tea.
What are you scoffing?
(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 12:32, archived)
# Nothing
My tummy is rumbling
(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 12:34, archived)
# You'd better eat soon, you may starve to death
have three bacon rolls.
(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 12:35, archived)
# I have to go home to pick up money to buy food
Since getting mugged on sunday I dont carry money around anymore,
that and I dont have any or anything to put it in, just what my mums
given me till I get a new card
(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 12:37, archived)
# mugged?
poor thing
you should have bodyguards
I'd do it but I fear that the trip to work every day would be a bit long
(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 12:40, archived)
# Im not gonna walk home by myself at night now
used to be ok with it but not now.
Unfortunatly on mondays the only person that could walk me home after my society meeting
is stalker gimp i cant stand who ruined uni for me last year.
(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 12:43, archived)
# You poor dear!

You want me to follow you everywhere you go?

(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 12:46, archived)
# That would be better
Already had 2 stalkers
(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 12:51, archived)
# I may appear flippant
but I am genuinely sorry . . .

(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 12:54, archived)
# Cheers
Im ok now but I was in a right mess that night.
Had to talk to the police yesterday who were nice but I doubt they can do anything.
Thought I cut my head when he hit me but luckily no damage (the mugger, not the cop)
(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 12:59, archived)
# Poor you
You going to do self-defence classes?
(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 12:48, archived)
# They did one at uni 2 weeks ago
which I wanted to go to but missed.
I will go to next time.
Glad I didnt go after the guy (too bloody scared) as he might have had a knife which still scares me
(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 12:50, archived)
# They're good for restoring your confidence apart from anything else
My community centre ran them after I got mugged on my way to the kids' Christmas party (they didn't get the party food though!).
(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 12:53, archived)
# lol hope you were ok
They got my bag with purse, b3ta headphones (i only ahev to hear stuff from newsletter) and my keys. Oh and smashed my phone which I fixed yesterday
(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 13:00, archived)
# Oh dear, that sounds awful
I hope you get everything sorted soon. : )
(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 13:03, archived)
# Cheers
I cancelled my card within 10 minutes of getting attacked, the locks are being changed this evening and I have a spare crappy set of headphones.
Still no bag though :(
(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 13:08, archived)
# I've never had a problem with walking alone in the dark
but then again I've never been mugged.
one guy has pulled a knife on me for no reason at all though.

Guess guys of my size are not the prime targets for muggings....

(just as well I guess. Never have any money on me, only credit cards.)
(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 12:53, archived)
# I was just walking from my mates
I admit it was quite late and my mate did offer to walk me home but its almost a minute walk to mine. Never had a problem with it, had problems a few years ago (pint glass chucked at me when i was with a group, kids gropeing me till i yelled, hit and threw my shoe at them at 10pm) but after this im gonna be more careful :S
(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 13:03, archived)
# Mugged?
Sorry to hear that. You should mug them is they're not careful.
(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 12:59, archived)
# They were wearing hoodies and walking past me until they pushed me over
It was quick but he was really rough.
Im just glad it didnt go on longer and he didnt have a knife. I was fucking terrified afterwards and having no keys I had to run back to my mates. I couldnt control myself i was in a right mess.

I should have set fire to him and his mate (if i had a flame thrower)
(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 13:07, archived)
# some food then rolling around with toothache
cheers
(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 12:34, archived)
# Bah to toothache

(, Tue 29 Nov 2005, 12:35, archived)

Yes, but parsnips and brussels sprouts not only taste better after they've been frozen but shouldn't even be picked before there's been a frost. Fact!
