Having realised this
the civilised, respectful and polite thing to do would be to either link it, create a smaller version. And I'm sure you're very polite at heart...
Edit: there's no need to take it down. It's not that we don't like the picture, it's just that the guidelines are there for a purpose. If you take it down to say 200 width (in photoshop, not using html tags), the file size will be fine, and you can link to the bigger one. Don't take it personally, we're like this to everyone...
