Particles with a much higher energy in the form of cosmic rays smash into the Earth's atmosphere all the time. They could create a black whole - but they don't.
Neither will the LHC.
On the other hand, if this part of the universe is destroyed, you won't be around long enough to know it. So no need to worry there, either.
