In the FUTURE!!!
The hats sole purpose in life will be to explode on the head of the wearer causing large damage!!!
this can be summarized in the following equation where the sillier the hat the larger the blast in direct degree to feline presence
b = s x k
b = blast
s= silliness rating of hat
k= number of kittens in room at time of hat wearing

In the future
Awful hats will be equipped with sensors for detecting the proximity of other awful hats.
Edit: OK, out of respect for the Kaiser, I tried to make a better glow.

The Butterfly!!!
I got Jay Singh's the Butterfly for x-mas and when I went to the on-line bookstore to read more about it, I found out it was being made into a film. Does anyone know who's doin it? Who's directing? I heard a Japanese animation company was doing it. Can anyone confirm this? I'm very curious as the story's reaaaallly funny.
