That tickets will be left on the door for them, all they've got to do is to turn up on whatever day you decide they might be filming, go to reception and ask for the tickets that you haven't left for them?

If you want to go one step furher, ask them if they'd like you to arrange a parking space for them, or maybe, say the show will pay their expenses?
