Mine are normally stored in the fridge
But i normally use them within 24 hours when i purchase them

I've just started having them fried with my scrambled eggs every weekend.
I forgot how much I like them.

I didn't know that.
We always use milk.

and you have to have the oil smoking hot before you pour the eggs in.

and finish the omelette under the grill.
