Them arriving at the place two hours early could be a error.
That's explainable but shoddy. Them not having changing rooms and being expected to change on a coach parked on the street isn't a logistics error. Them not having access to toilets isn't a logistics error. Them being expected to work very long shifts unpaid wasn't anything to do with logistics. They were doing security for a big event on the cheap, which to be honest is terrifying.

The company was paying for their very expensive license and giving them VALUABLE WORK EXPERIENCE. Not to mention combat trousers and boots worth £100.
