I have minted lamb koftas in pitta with herb salad and homemade chilli and mint dressing.

That sounds excellent
The only thing I've ever made with chilli like that was the marinade for my chicken kebabs - lime, chilli, ginger, soy sauce. Made the chicken incredible juicy.

It is rather good, and surprisingly cheap for the amount you get
Tray of diced pork with BBQ rub, fried off, add 2 onions and 2 green peppers, then add passata, season heavily with jerk seasoning, paprika, and a little cayenne, serve with rice. I also add sweetcorn after the passata, but I know many here wouldn't approve of that.

The only problem with the one at mine is that it comes out far too slowly for my liking
