How much is all the kit?
Just asking, you know....for a, ah, friend who is a bit skint.

You can get a kit with everything you need for about £60+
but bare minimum.
You need 25L bucket =£10
Syphon =£5
Bottles= free if you recycle
Bottle caps =£1
Bottle capper =£5-£15
Beer kit = £10-£20
Sugar = £2

Then you just need more bottle caps, beer kits and sugars when you use them up.
Each beer kit makes up to 40 pints, but you'll probably get more like 36 unless you like scum on the bottom

I would recommend this
www.tesco.com/direct/diy-beer-starter-kit/213-7435.prd?skuId=213-7435&pageLevel=
I'd also recommend splitting the cost with a mate because after the second batch you'll have more beer than you can drink.

I know these words but I cannot understand them

I know, it's tough, but currently I have two cases of beer in my airing cupboard.
Two on my shelf and another 23 litres of IPA to be bottled at the weekend.
