Fleetwood?
That's near Blackpool, right? If so, you have my sympathy.
Today, I am tickety-boo, thanks for asking, had an awesome meal out for G/Fs birthday last night - very good food at a local pub.
Tomorrow I are mostly driving to the South West for a week's holiday in a small cottage with the aforementioned G/F and daughter. The rest of the weekend? The plan is, there is no plan, however, buckets and spades will not be involved.

I'm fucking tip top today, gang!
Mrs Cow isn't going to die. OFFICIALLY. Had a cardiologist appointment yesterday and an echo on her heart and all OK. Thank fuck for that.
Went out for our anniversary meal last night and ate amazing steak and possibly the nicest dessert I've ever had. Nice wine and a few pints afterwards.
I now have a sausage sandwich and a coffee.
BEAT THAT, INTERNET!

plenty of fat in granola
granted it's healthier than a chocolate bar and got some good stuff in it, but you do see idiots chowing down on loads of it, and then moaning they haven't lost any weight. porridge is a much better way to get your oats.
but porridge is fucking rank.

Fry off 2x chicken thighs boned and cut in half in a seasoning/curry paste of your choice.
Chuck a tin of cocnut milk in a casserole dish
Chuck a tins worth of chicken stock in there
Chuck a tins worth of rice in there

How big a tin?
I mean, a big tin's worth of rice makes a fuckload when cooked - bit too much for one person.

I have a number of questions about the thought processes behind why this was done and why she (for only a woman would do this) thought it would be a helpful conversion tool. However, my questions are drowning under an almost overwhelming desire to pour thick, stinking bile all over an action that she no doubt thought was done with love.
