I am loving that chicken recipe.
I am not sure I has the skills or patience to debone the whole chick tho.

Its really not that hard, especially once you have done it once or twice.
you lose the flat of the wing but you chuck them in for your stock anyway, but taking the bones out of the legs and drum is easy. I prefer to start with the spine and just work down.
