how did you have your steak?

I dun it in a makeshift Bain Marie using my slow cooker. Put it in some water on low for 30 mins still in it's pack.
Got it out dried it off seasoned and flash fried it. Came out medium rare.

do you have a thermometer to get close to 63 degrees c. slow cookers get quite hot, nearly 95 degrees c

The low setting on mine is 69C and I was like fuck it close enough.
