(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 18:32, Reply)
You call 'em scent glands,
I call 'em clagnuts.
(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 18:45, Reply)
I just had some little baby chorizo for dinner in a salad.
i would say they were nommy, but you know... adult and that.
(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 18:32, Reply)
salad is always better when it contains meat

(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 18:32, Reply)
And nuts/cheese on the whole.
Lettuce and tomato are shit in salads, don't know why they're the norm.
(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 18:34, Reply)
Onion and chilli is the way forward, just saying

(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 18:37, Reply)
I love raw onion, but it gives me gas, so leave it out.
Chilli depends on the salad.

A night of sport-balls awaits.
Bet you're all dead excited about that.
(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 19:21, Reply)
Are you watching the Rovers match?

(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 19:23, Reply)
Is it on BT Sport?
I've gone with CL on ITV but muted, and the Bristol City game on the wireless.
(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 19:53, Reply)
Dunno.
They were talking about it on Points West.

*shrugs*
(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 19:56, Reply)
I didn't see Points West this evening
Alex Lovell annoys me, her neck looks considerably older than her face.

Fuck, I've done that.
You have my utmost sympathy.
(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 19:23, Reply)
oh boy! make sure you get some promo USB keys and executive stress balls!

(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 19:23, Reply)
We've stopped issuing literature
Just give out business cards with USB sticks in them with all of the information on.
(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 19:25, Reply)
that's a fucking stupid idea, who's gonna be able to file a 8mm thick business card

(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 19:29, Reply)
They're about 2mm thick
It's more about saving print costs and not having to throw away literature when machines are upgraded/superceded
(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 19:32, Reply)
definitely more cost effective to keep copying stuff to and from usb sticks than run off a couple of photocopies

(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 19:35, Reply)
Because photocopies are going to get clients to remember you.

(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 19:37, Reply)
I'd remember them as a company that didn't waste money on gimmicks, maybe that's not a positive in some people's eyes

(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 19:42, Reply)
High-grade literature on heavy stock with spot UV varnish costs a bloody fortune
Also, you can give updates over the net. Easier to store/transport, too.
(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 19:39, Reply)
what's wrong with a normal business card with your website address on it?

(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 19:41, Reply)
If you'd ever seen the snowdrifts of thrown-away cards littering the aisles at the end of a show, you wouldn't ask this

(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 19:45, Reply)
I think that's more the fault of repulsive salespeople forcing their cards into the hands of clients who clearly aren't interested than of the medium itself
you could write your number on a fag packet and if someone cares about your business enough they'll hang onto it
(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 19:51, Reply)
and you don't get snowdrifts of usb sticks because people probably wait until they get home before binning them

(, Tue 24 Feb 2015, 19:53, Reply)
^ agreeing strongly with drimble here ^
