I was pleasantly surprised how easy terminal 5 was.
With just hand luggage and online check in, we breezed through and were car to airport pint in under 30 mins.

I've been through it a few times.
I found it frustratingly difficult to find somewhere to have an airport pint. It's like trying to find a pub in Merry Hill or whatever counts for a just-out-of-town shopping centre in your neck of the woods.

I got frisked in Greece and the bloke asked where my baggage was.
I thought he meant 'what side do you dress to' so sort of rearranged myself and said left. He stopped and said 'no, your bags, which scanner?' I said 'left' and he wandered off muttering and shaking his head.
