# I hope this hasn't been done yet

Morning!
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:08, archived)
# i watched that last night
i thought it was quite entertaining. although i did feel sorry for that bambi chap
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:09, archived)
# ahehehe
did you watch it, what a farce, stupid derren and his stupid 'magical mind'

/rant
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:09, archived)
# The thing is
he's never actually said he was a magician has he.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:11, archived)
# no, i guess not
but he could have at least injured himself, shot his ear off or something, just for ratings sake
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:12, archived)
# no.
i have friends in bristol who have been to his house, and apart from being a little creepy, he is a very nice man.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:13, archived)
# Did they just
wander in, or do they know him?
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:14, archived)
# he would have known who they were anyway
and even if he didn't, he would know which coloured chair they were going to sit in
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:15, archived)
# hahaha
Or if not known, been able to suggest which they sit in, without them noticing. Perhaps with a gentle shove
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:15, archived)
# oh yes
and perhaps even know which word they had thought of to describe the chair they had been 'persuaded' to sit in
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:16, archived)
# there's the always-favoured "spiky chair"
the "hot chair"..
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:17, archived)
# Heh,
I bet he's really good at offering you biscuits.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:15, archived)
# aye, he'd
offer me a chocolate hobnob, then just give you the rest of the pack.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:17, archived)
# YOU more of an
Iced Midget Gem man I would have thought...although you'd probably neerd both hands to hold it.
You fucking dwarf.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:20, archived)
# ha ha ha ha ha.
it would be like trying to eat a mountain.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:21, archived)

# one of them knows
him. he has a door that looks like a bookshelf. yes indeed.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:15, archived)
# Brilliant,
I bet he has a big red chair with a high back that he sits in with his fingers steepled and his legs crossed.
Or something.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:18, archived)
# oh yes, you're setting the mood perfectly
*steeples fingers, crosses legs and feels mysterious*
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:19, archived)
# I expect he'd answer
all questions with a raising of an eybrow and going "hmmMMMmmm".

(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:20, archived)
# He's a mentalist.
no really, that's what it's called.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:18, archived)
# i missed
that. did he die?
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:09, archived)
# Did he fuck.
What a load of shit.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:10, archived)
# god damn it.
i wanted him to die.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:11, archived)
# Me too
but the likelihood of it happening on TV was minimal. Just have to wait for him to get cancer or something.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:13, archived)
# I think he's
alright.
PLus, he's a very goosd artist.

# DAMN
my sausage fingers!!!
I'm just keen and I have a lot to say.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:17, archived)
# I'm sure he's a very nice man.
I'm more annoyed with this format than anything. Surely the entertainment value was in the tension, but everyone should have known that if there was even the remotest chance of him shooting himself, it would never have been allowed on live TV. Therefore no tension, just a waste of an hour.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:17, archived)
# If you knew all this,
why did you watch it?
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:18, archived)
# I didn't
I'm making an assumption based on the fact he's not dead.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:23, archived)
# I see.
I didn't watch it either.
Let's write for the Daily Mail!
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:24, archived)
# you couldn't
no mention of immigrants at all
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:26, archived)
# It wouldn't be too hard a leap though,
I'm sure his irresponsible behaviour will lead to copy cat suicide attempts by immigrants attempting to get care in our poorly run and under staffed hospitals.
See.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:28, archived)
# Which will obviously
cause a sharp downturn in house prices in the area.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:37, archived)
# point taken
/very scared there's a Daily Mail inside me too..
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:38, archived)
# I only watched the last 15 minutes by accident
but once I'd started watching I couldn't turn over.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:20, archived)
# Remote
control broken?
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:21, archived)
# just a lack of will power
though I did have to mute it and close my eyes, that did rather negate the point of watching it.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:33, archived)
# i think
i'll stab him multiple times in a surprise attack, whilst shouting 'you didn't predict this did you fucko'. or something.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:15, archived)
# Many permutations of that ran through my mind
"No!! Load all the chambers you dumb bastard!!" "Shoot him yourself!!"
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:16, archived)
# yeah
the gun went off, bullet through brain and he was perfectly unharmed

no damage at all
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:12, archived)
# And it didn't even make the newspapers
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:14, archived)
# Nah
But he cocked up by firing an empty chamber away from his head. He should have shot himself after that.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:16, archived)
# If it has let's have more
;o)
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:09, archived)
#
Bah! I was just about to animate exactly the same thing myself. Thanks for saving me the bother. ;)
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:11, archived)
# Prove it,
prove you're not trying to steal anothers glory.
Go on.

Well I was having this conversation on MSN a couple of minutes beforehand and did an image search on Google for "bang gun" during it:

tony fucked a stump says:
i want to animate a flag coming out the ohter side of his head saying "BANG" but i can't be bothered
(@)(Z) says:
lol
(@)(Z) says:
on one hand every possible variation's bound to have been animated by someone by now, though on the other hand they could have all thought the same, so no one's bothered
tony fucked a stump says:
maybe :| i just had a quick look on b3ta and there's none on there. and if there was going to be an animation of it that would be the first place to look...
tony fucked a stump says:
lol
tony fucked a stump says:
i just refreshed the page and this was at the top: members.lycos.co.uk/croz/b3ta/derren.gif
(@)(Z) says:

Of course you'd have to take my word for it and probably won't believe me so I guess I'll just have to carry on crying into my soup.
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:22, archived)
# You just made
that up!!
(, Mon 6 Oct 2003, 11:25, archived)
