I have to say your video was very helpful, I remember shaking a black person's hand once and was very confused as to why he was trying to touch me up like a gaybo. Racism doesn't need to imply inferiority to be classified as such.
Racial stereotypes are damaging and are better left not reinforced. Also, you can say they're cultural but in practice they might as well be racist.

those stereotypes have a context.
black people's physicality was used to suggest that they were intellectually inferior, and the watermelon thing is because poor southern blacks had to eat what was easy to grow.
