This is a link post Corbyn is a right fraudster it appears.
Apparently he recently claimed a train was so packed there were no seats and he had to travel in a corridor. CCTV on the train shows he not only had a seat, he sat in it after sitting on the floor and complaining.

CCTV footage shows Mr Corbyn walking through a train carriage passing empty unreserved seats after getting on board.
11.15am (approx)
Mr Corbyn spends 30 minutes filming from the floor of the train between carriages, according to Virgin Trains. Footage released later shows he criticises the ‘ram-packed’ train and calls for nationalisation.
11.40am
CCTV footage shows Mr Corbyn returning to the carriage with empty unreserved seats and taking one. He remains seated for more than two hours until the journey is completed, according to Virgin Trains.

This is a normal post Ok, so it is a tiny deception, but this is about the principle...
... And let's us not forget that Jezza's whole schtick is his principles. For any other politician I would say big deal, but his entire platform purports to be about truth, respect, and professionalism, and this flies in he face of all that.

Ultimately I have no principle by which I'm specifically against the fucking of dead pigs... It's not for me but I will not judge the high jinks/sexual preferences of anyone so long as nothing and no-one suffers.

I do, however, massively object to being lied to, especially when the deception is unnecessary, and so poorly executed as to become insulting.

Whoever's lies are the most plausible, whoever has at least some facts and figures to back them up, whoever uses the least amount of emotion into their argument, and whoever has put some proper effort into making me believe it.

If a politician's lies can be exposed by a smug Branson with some CCTV footage, it demonstrates they're either incompetent at the basics of their profession, or they have such a low opinion of the intelligence of voters as to seem arrogantly contemptuous. And possibly both.

Slightly different take on it here:

www.theguardian.com/politics/2016/aug/23/jeremy-corbyn-virgin-trains-disputes-claim-over-lack-of-seats

Ellen – who asked to not be fully named – told the Guardian that Corbyn had seemingly gone through the entire standard-class section of the train but had not been able to find a seat. The 26-year-old, who was with her one-year-old daughter and son, aged six, said she had similarly been unable to find seats.

“He’s not lying,” she said. “When I saw him he was in coach A, right at the front. He hadn’t managed to find a seat in the whole of the train. I was sat on the floor, there was no space for me to get a seat. There were people in every space between every carriage. It was totally overcrowded. They were full of bags and full of people.”

But as a seasoned commuting professional sitting on the floor can be standard stuff providing you can find enough floor. Then it's sardines and at the next station people shout for you to inhale so more people can squeeze in.

On my current line I pay almost twice as much at peak times rather than off peak so basically being milked for having a job I need to travel to. I have no other option but the cheery robot voice at the end of my journey always thanks me for travelling with London Midland as if I had other alternatives.

Fares go up above inflation my pay goes down.

The insightful LED Matrix while on my journey tells me I can buy my ticket online or via an App for Free!!!! If I want to claim back some of the 4k spent a year on constant delays and cancelled trains I have to fill out a hand written form (black pen only hard enough to make copies) with what I ate for breakfast before the train was cancelled, my cats name if I own one etc etc...... Sent off in the 2nd Class envelope to be assessed by a management team which may reply in 28 days or preferably after I have died waiting for a response.

I'm saying that a train company that is throwing shit at a man who has stated an intention (however impossible) of nationalising railways, is about as reliable as the EDL having an issue with Muslims... IE that there is an obvious conflict of interest there.

If you look at my message, you'll see that No, i'm not a fan of corbyn, and although you may think it's the "best use of CCTV" the law would disagree with you.

However, as someone who has commuted for 8 years of my life 3 hours a day, the idea that branson could even imply our railways are not ludicrously expensive, overcrowded and unreliable is fucking mental.

but well done you for completely missing the fucking point of my original post... it's almost like you've got political blinkers on...
